US bootleg. Simple cartoon cover with artwork. I am not sure as it comes for band members marked with (*) because I took it from few other bootlegs, where the whole New York 1968 recording is available and each of titles differs slightly in line-up descriptions. The original vinyl LP does not mention any details for these two songs.
