Well, Me! as far as I can see, despite the recent Bill Graham streaming release of his (slightly) more complete tape, no doubt in better quality than the boots, but compromised by the lo-fi streaming. Surely someone (the excellent "Prof. Stoned" springs to mind) could upgrade. A mix of the official pristine-ish mixes available with Graham's stuff (surely available in pre-streaming quality in "certain circles") and the tiny amount of missing music, tuning, and the occasional bits of missing (very important part of Jimi's shows) cool/far-out/exasperated/angry/funny chat etc. available on the audience recording (Karma).
Surely it would be a major joy to hear this improved?
EH isn't offering so Flip them! Let's do it!

OK, so you want to fill in the missing bits from the audience tape. Good idea. Best source of the soundboard and audience tapes are still the ATM series.

The Bill Graham streams of the Hendrix shows have all been copies of the bootlegs, they don't actually have the the tapes of these shows (no matter what they claim).

Berkeley, for instance, has the abrupt start on the song Freedom. The Winterland 10-11-68 1st show even has the two audience sourced songs to replace the missing soundboard recordings (which was done by the fine ATM folks).

Bill Graham Archives has also been noted to stream other bands claiming they were from their archives, but were just bootleg rips. the Led Zep community cought them doing it also.

Hi stplsd,
there's a 2 x DVD vine going round JPIO which includes the following composite -
Vinyl transfers + LA Forum 690426 + Berkeley 700530 1st show

What better way to celebrate Jimi's 67's birthday, than to play his music all day long and to start a new vine?!

Jimi 1970-05-30 1st show Berkeley Community Theatre Complete composite FLAC + art (We didn’t use any of the “Wolfgang’s Vault” source , as they had patched missing soundboard parts of the 1st show with parts from the officially released 2nd show. Shame on them!)

Without the kind help of my friends LO, KdL, BE, TS and PH, I wouldn't have been able to make this vine .

Jimi Hendrix : Guitar & vocals
Billy Box : Bass & background vocals

Thanks 1strays, I must check it out. I used to think (until your post) that this: "01. Bill Graham (in a bad mood) rap 01. 01:35" was actually Jerry Rubin as "02. X Y (in a good mood) rap 01. 01:19" mentions his name as if, but it does indeed sound like BG (now that you mention it), so it now appears to be that it's BG who has quoted JR from an older speech/article, (or a slight possibility JR has just left the stage ingnominiously after speaking (unrecorded - if he did even attend?) and BG is defending him?).
If you listen closely (Aud=audience):

Aud: [Applause (for?)] Get on with the show, man!
BG: If we are funny…
Aud: Do it!
BG: … we are funny communists
Aud: [Applause]
BG: In order for the, no, no, no [at the applause]. I wonder if everyone of the, people who are clapping or cheering, if you’d like to come down here and discuss what you’re clapping?
Aud: No! Fuck off! Like in just three minutes? Might as well [applause] Jimi Hendrix! Let’s just get on with the show!
BG: I wonder if anybody here…
Aud: Bring on Hendrix! Hendrix!
BG: I wonder if anybody here is gonna kill-is ready to kill his mother or father…
Aud: No, but I’m ready to kill you! [applause]
BG: No, man…
Aud: You’re not funnier! Jimi Hendrix!
BG: Come on up here…
Aud: Right. Jimi Hendrix
BG: …come on up here. Don’t yell from the crowd. Come on up
Aud: Fuck off. [man]: A white woman’s arse! [?] [women]: Fuck him!
BG: The only thing… He may be a very sick man living in the whitehouse
Aud: Yeah. Fuck this shit!
BG: But everybody else doesn’t have the answer {what the fuck is that supposed to mean?}
Aud: Yee-hoo! {at what?!}. . . You are all pigs. Capitalism! Right<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
BG: Any-anybody? Come on<o:p></o:p>
Aud: Capitalism!<o:p></o:p>
BG: Come on!<o:p></o:p>
Aud: Go home! We’re not your friends, you fuckin’ capitalist! He wants <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:country-region><st1:place>Vietnam</st1:place></st1:country-region>! Marxist. Fuck <st1:country-region><st1:place>Vietnam</st1:place></st1:country-region>! <st1:country-region><st1:place>Vietnam</st1:place></st1:country-region>?!<o:p></o:p>
BG: [Leaves the stage]<o:p></o:p>
[?] : Ah, I think when [B]Jerry Rubin said to “Kill your parents” we needn’t take that necessarily literally [really!? Oops!] All he’s saying is. . . <o:p></o:p>
Aud: [Applause] Of course not!<o:p></o:p>
[?] :. . . All he’s saying is, that you should have enough commitment to do something, strong, do something strong. As-for “kill your parents” I-mean, that’s not literal. .
Aud: [shouting]<o:p></o:p>
[?] : And as far as Yippies being “communists” - who the hell are the people that are living in the communes all over Marin [county], if they’re not “commune-ists”, you know, who is? Besides Yippies too, dig it.<o:p></o:p>
Aud: [Applause]<o:p></o:p>
[?] : Maybe Yippies don’t exist. Listen, there’s a lot of factions in this movement, there’s: White Panthers, and Yippies, and Weathermen, and Black Panthers, and they’re all right on, cause you’re all with us, and we’re all in the movement, an’ we’re fightin’ the system, dig it.<o:p></o:p>
Aud: [Applause] I know, man. Right on…<o:p></o:p>
