Not sure if this has already been posted. It's a short film with a brief interview with Jimi as he heads for the stage plus "Dolly Dagger" from a different angle to the one on the DVD.

Nice, never heard of this (and we get a tiny bit more chat) looks like it's from the French film crew, wonder if they filmed anything else?

Superb, thanks. I love the Isle of Wight '68-'70 festivals (especially '70, heh) so it's great to see this!

Wow, Jimi's presence is staggering, how he carries himself just ultra cool.

I've already seen the unedited footage when he's walking backstage and it's a bit longer. I think you can still find it on youtube.

The video is removed from Youtube due to copyright infringement. Would anyone who downloaded it upload it here as a video torrent?

Inbetween Hendrix and Joan Baez someone set off some magnesium flares on the roof which toppled over and set fire to it briefly. It can be seen better in the film Message To Love [it unfortunately, innacurately mixes this footage with Hendrix playing Machine Gun -for 'effect'] which has a bit of Baez and Leonard Cohen & the Army who followed her. Unfortunately no footage of the closer Richie Havens though, who finished with the 'Hare Krishna Mantra’.
