I got this cd-r a couple of years ago on eBay (yes, I didn’t know about this kind of sites), the seller didn’t know the source or anything. Anyway, I’ve uploaded as flac-files. I didn’t see this on crosstown, so maybe someone needs it.
If you have an idea about the source, gen etc please write!

hmmm.....i love this show ( maybe cause I am from Hamburg:-). but the sound is REALLY bad....the show itself seems to be a really good one though, and it is a pitty that no other good sounding tape has yet surfaced. How I wish that this show would be among the footage that Gold & Goldstein filmed in Jan. 69!!!!
the copy that is circulating is supposed to be 1st gen, but i have my doubts. I know the german trader who tracked this down, and he is not sure that his copy is from the master. so his tape was already first gen. maybe we all have a 2nd gen tape.
i will download this to compare to my copy. thanks for the upload!

maybe you have to DOWNLOAD the torrent file from YOUR above post,
and put it on your Torrent client ( Azureus, ABC etc...)
i did the very same thing on my first torrent ( not here)

This recording is pure shit. It is a shame because there were a lot of great Jan 1969 recordings but the band itself was hit and miss at this time whether the recording was good or not.

Vienna 1-22-1969 early and late are unbelievable. 1-9-1969 Late show is awesome too and the early show is hit and miss. The early show is proof that even the worst shows have their moments. 1-10-1969 Early and late are both good shows and the Berlin 1-23-1969 show along with 1-8-1969 Gothenburg are also all very good.

Jimi still has it better than most that have come/gone and are current
even 40 years later!

well, what about nuremberg, frankfurt and Cologne as well as Munster? all of the jan 69 shows had their moments if you ask me....even this really bad sounding hamburg show. i wish so much another tape will be found one day.
