even though i have the disc laying around here somewhere i'll download this and compare it - and if (as it seems) this version is better i'll delete the other composite torrent.

No probs, I just did a Flip Wilson search on "In From The Storm" and looked at the ones I had. I do think the sound is better on the post "Lover Man" interview, that electric buzz is not as prominent. I can't be sure for the rest of it, it's a personal choice anyway, peoples hearing differs. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. I tend to concentrate on the music, but this is one of the more interesting interviews I've heard.

Yes, this is the best version in circulation. Most importantly, nobody seem to have noticed (including me) that this version also includes the last minute of the show, as well as "my next guest.. one of the soul giants...MSG show tomorrow...latest album on Atlantic records.....Mr. Wilson Pickett!" line. Even Hans-Peter's site lists "Groove" as the only source for the last minute of this show (correct me if I'm wrong).
Now we can confirm: EVERYTHING is here, including cows, snakes, horses etc...lol!
So, this IS THE MOST COMPLETE and BEST QUALITY version as far as I can tell.
Thanks for reminding us of this set, which is in circulation for quite a few years
already (I have all three versions !!!). To tell you the truth, if someone would have asked me (before you uploaded it) is this show included on the "Sweeping Up The Peaces..." set, I would't know the answer!!!

What do you say guys we assemble a torrent that includes this version of the Tonight Show, then complete audio of the Issy Les Moulineaux, audio of the Marquee Club and maybe some other short goodies in best version we can find - any more suggestions? What would be nicely paired on a CD together with this show in your opinon?

No. I just don't seed between 18.00-23.00 GMT, as my service provider doesn't like it. I see there is at least one other person seeding at the moment.
