This is a photo of the old railway bridge over the river Save in Zagreb.
It was published in Croatian edition of Hendrix biography "Room Full of Mirrors" by Charles R. Cross. This edition also presents the exclusive interview with the Croatian Rock guitarist Vedran Bozic who met Hendrix in 1969:

I saw that sex tape and it's fake. It's a 100% African American male with a bunch of photoshopped parts in it. I hope the Hendrix family sues the people who released it because it's just not even close. I'm not one to deny that Jimi had faults but it's just another case of someone else capitalizing on Jimi's fame.

Yes!! Lakeland, FL USA--the fellow that was in charge of the building (sound lights, maintenance) at the Polk Theater http://www.polktheatre.org is the son of one of the owners of the "sound center" studio in NYC (is that the correct name? Jimi recorded "My Friend" and a few other songs there if memory serves me correctly-this guy (forgot his name, Dave maybe) was 16 at the time and remembered Jimi as very polite and very serious about what he was doing--he told me about a meeting of sound engineers a few years back who were trying to gather up consoles that Jimi had recorded through! If anyone wants more detials about this or can add to it--please--ask questions or add comments!

About 10 years ago they resurrected The Electric Factory here in Philadelphia which was the main rock venue back in the 60's. Now they have rappers and other bands playing where Hendrix once played.
Oh, and they renamed a theatre here the "TLA Fillmore" which is now part of the East & West Fillmore family. Caught Robin Trower there in February and he had his Marshalls and wah-wah screaming.

I live in NY, so there's lots of venues and places that Jimi played here (Singer Bowl, Madison Square Garden, Randall's Island, Cafe Wha?, Fillmore East (was), the Village, Scene Club etc.) and of course Electric Lady Studios.

Why don't you make a few photos of some of these sites for us to see how they look like today - that would be GREAT.

One of these days I'll have to make a trek out to each one and visit them. I know the Fillmore is now an entrance to a bank (ha ha) and MSG is still MSG. I also heard the place where Jimi played at Randall's Island was torn down and replaced with a different stadium or something like that. The Cafe Wha? is still around too, and that the facade of Electric Lady Studios is much different now. Not so sure about the Singer Bowl or the Scene Club, but like I said one of these days I will definitely find out.
