I'm pretty sure this was in reference to being their last show in the states for the year. Before they took a little break and began the first leg of their 1969 European tour that coming January.

Their last tour date for 1968 was December 1st in Chicago, and is actually a good performance despite the tape quality. I tried to remaster it, but it didn't turn out well.
