This is disappointing that they are shrinking this release on vinyl. Morning Symphony Ideas w/out Morning Symphony Ideas LOL. One challenge for this vinyl release is Keep on Groovin' is 28 minutes long. Not sure what the max for a vinyl side is but at a very minimum 28 min is pushing the limits if not over the limit. This would probably have been a 3 sided LP if it was released in full. Instead of shrinking the releasae why not go the other way and add some extra tracks for a 4th side.? (That is assuming Keep On Groovin could fit on one LP side.) Could have been handled better. I seem to remember Morning Symphony ideas did get a limited vinyl release when it was first released by MCA. Am I imagining this or did that happen?

Legacy Recordings, the catalog division of Sony Music Entertainment, has announced a vinyl release created especially for Record Store Day’s Black Friday 2016, celebrated this year at the nation’s independent record stores on Friday, November 25, 2016.
Jimi Hendrix – Morning Symphony Ideas – 10″ Vinyl LP
Morning Symphony Ideas is an official ‘bootleg’ which places its focus on Jimi’s songwriting and his unique approach toward developing new material in the recording studio.

May be you can save postage.
The "US only release" is apparently available in Europe:

The "Jungle" and "Room Full of Mirrors" cuts are ones that I wish they'd get Billy to add bass lines too. Surely a modern overdub of Billy adding bass to original recordings of Jimi and Buddy playing sans-bass would be the most appropriate and least-controversial posthumous tweaking possible. And it would lift those tracks up into the canon of fully realized demos if that's even a thing
