    16th or 17th October 68.
If it is this session with Jim McCarty then it all appears on the Jimi Hendrix & Jack Bruce boot.

Not had the chance to check the link.

Strange tape with that Olympic label. From the Alan Douglas inventory (http://crosstowntorrents.org/showthr...istening-Notes) lists tapes like H300 and H310 that have a date in Jan. '69. These were tapes carried over from TTG to London for evaluation of possible further work to be done. From the top of my head: John McDermott states in his books that these copies were transported across the Atlantic already before Jimi returned to London.

    Looks interesting!

No audio samples to check out unfortunately!

The auction description remains typically vague as to how it was shared and who owned this safety copy at any given point.
