First I've heard of it but certainly I have them at the BBC on the 28th

1967-03-28) Recordings for 'Saturday Club', BBC radio

    For: BBC, Saturday Club Program
    Recorded On: March 28, 1967
    Broadcast On: April 1, 1967
    06. Intro. > Purple Haze
    07. Killing Floor
    08. Fire

So maybe the bookings were made at the same time or the second was a re-arranged booking.

Thanks. So it was cancelled prior to Radio Times publishing date. Can you put up a photo copy of this please?

There may be other listings (eg Daily papers) along with the "DISC & MUSIC ECHO" and "New Musical Express" as cited in the first post that give more detail to the proposed schedule, some daily papers had specific music column space for upcoming events.
It is intriguing (but not particularly unusual) that neither mention 1967-03-28 Recording date (The BBC in that era did very little pop music that was live and Radio 1 hadn't yet started) and I think it reinforces the idea of the 28th being a re-scheduled recording giving the BBC the session that they wanted for the Broadcast On: April 1, 1967 and the JHE the airtime that they wanted especially if they lost out on the 26th broadcast.
