Glad you mentioned Canada :-) That was a thought.

here's the eBay link for this oddity

I gotta agree w/you Red House that this was most likely pressed around the same time as Axis Mono 2 tone
BUT no idea how many ,where , why? etc.
any help from anyone worldwide ?????

Now that I know about it ,it's on my want list

Re: Are You Experienced? get Experienced

I asked the same question in the Hendrix Auction Thread.
I bought a copy of AYE last year (for EUR 25,00) and I'm not sure, is this an orginal or an fake.

The inside of the cover (the gluing is loose) is very yellow and looks like very old.
    The stamped Matrix-Nr. are 184 085 A/B, P1967 , E7.

Did Polydor used a white rectangle in 1967 for the label or is it a 2nd pressing from 1968 or 1969?

    Thank you for help.

Matrix looks first pressing german, but then it's that fake stereo.

When ever I haven't listened to Jimi for awhile, Are You Experienced is the first one I'll play. Even after 20 years of listening, it still hits me the same way. It's HEAVY!
