Village Gate 1970

I didn't know where to put this. I'm sorry if this isn't the right spot. A few days ago somebody uploaded on YouTube a three minute silent clip of Jimi Hendrix performing at the 1970 Village Gate "event", or whatever it's called. I know next to nothing about this show. I only know that Jimi, Mitch, and Billy performed a short set. When did this footage circulate? Is the complete show available? Is any audio recording from this show circulating?

Sadly the footage on YouTube is not 3 unique minutes of footage - rather just the same clips of Jimi going through Red House repeated three times. The show was filmed in black and white too - with sound - Freedom, Red House and Hear My Train with low vocals and pretty dimly-lit. I remember a thread on here where opinion was divided over the quality of the performance (some people have been fortunate enough to get a look at the footage) but regardless, I would love for that to see the light of day.

KD: It's killer footage, with killer sound, and not poorly lit ! But unciruclated I'm sorry to say, and NO ! I don't have a copy.
