Since I posted this, I've been looking at some of the comments posted under the "article." It's just unbelievable that there are people who think this is for real. One really big hint that it's satire is the statement at the top of the site which says it's a monthly satirical magazine. As for the idea that bassists might not be important, I think one would only have to listen to Jaco, John Entwistle, James Jamerson, and Jack Bruce for a while to totally dispel that notion. Then there are the remarks by those who feel compelled to make judgmental remarks about a groupie who doesn't even exist. Sheesh.
