thank you very much! this is really mindblowing. Fantastic job. I wish the Fehmarn stuff would be close-up enough to resync it as well, but that´s probably impossible. Hats off to you guys!!!

Glad this made it here. Great job all around. The patience it took to do this is mindboggling. Thanks to everyone involved. Makes you realize what EH could do if they had the same dedication that the fans have.

Ha, JamminJimi - amazing fella, 'met him' couple of months ago on Youtube while searching for the 1. IX 1970 version of "In from the storm", and the guy uploaded the whole boot for me!

Great job guyz, nice to see a thread dedicated to his terrific work.

Agree, amazing job... I had seen most of the silent footage, but the enjoyment level rose to new amazing hights with this. Must have taken a LOT of time.

    Hi
artwork - as far as I am concerned - is finished.
A little over the top but all of jamminjimi's work deserves it.
Attach dvd box and for those with no space a cd version, cover and tray.
    Thanks again jamminjimi and starchild618.

man this is just so amazing! that guys has to do more of these. how about Forum 69 and Gothenburg 69, that should be possible, not? and the IOW 8mm also! god ithink i am losing my mind. how this footage really comes to life is amazing.
by the way, Pass It On has a few seconds more from Denver 69 (close source). wonder why they were not included here.

"how about Forum 69 and Gothenburg 69, that should be possible, not?"

he already did Gothenburg 69, but it's only partly synced; as he said, "I wasn't able to sync all footage due to lack of clues and not recorded (audio) parts."

Yes it is (I was there). Although the audio does not match up with the video (the portion where Jimi starts hopping, then goes into his trademark squat-rise is definitely the intro to "Foxey Lady") the audio does indeed sound to be from the same show.

    thnx!

    Re: Jamminjimi Resyncs/Overdubs

Just watched the DVD. In short, haven't enjoyed Jimi's video
like today in a long time. I remember telling Johan how I don't
like watching silent Jimi's movies. You can watch them once or twice
but without THE SOUND the MAIN thing is missing, isn't it? Jimi
was always wonderful on stage but without sound things aren't right.
Now all these clips so wonderfully synced made completely different
impression on me! This guy who did the sync job is really talented
and knows what he's doing. Great job!
Starchild, if you know the guy, try to talk him into doing more of
    these if you can.
And of course, thanks for the upload of the year - imho!

well said. exactly what it is!
That guy JamminJimi should come here to CTT anyway....he seems to be a real Jimi-freak, and that´s what this forum is for, right? I think we all should supply him with the best gen copies available of the silent stuff that could still be dubbed, so he can sync them. I also have not had as much fun as watching these videos for years...

Agreed (with you Milan, too, of course).
I'm ready to supply him with everything I have and he might need.
However, I don't think any true Jimi collector would refuse him anything
    after the job he did!

I thanked u all earlier B4 I heard it (in anticipation)
It is simply quite stunning. JJ (also anticipating him joining the masses here) you even followed the video glitches with their audio counterparts ! ! !
I've never been so happy to see "cut" Hendrix B4.
